About Soilbond®

The principal ingredient in Soilbond® is Tall Oil Pitch (TOP) which is produced from distilled tall oil from the processing of unbleached pulp and paper. It acts as a naturally sticky material that provides the binding power of Soilbond® and allows the effective stabilisation of roads, tracks and paths.

Soilbond® is specially formulated into an easily handled liquid product and allows it to be easily and uniformly mixed into the materials used to form roads and paths and provide the most effective binding action.

Soilbond® is a liquid product. It’s a non harmful, non dust product.

Plateau Landscape Supplies are proud to bbe agents for Soilbond and have found it extremly popular with landscapers, civil contractors and DIY home owners alike.

It is supplied in either 20litre drums, 200litre drums or 1000litre IBC containers.

Simply mix through (at a rate of between 2 and 3%) your material ie roadbase or decretive dust or similar and then work the material into your job like you would with any roadbase. Allow to cure for around 48 hrs and then you will be left with a hardwearing surface that looks fantastic and can stand up to extreme weather conditions and light traffic.

Fantastic in rural settings, commercial landscaping and any areas where material would be preferably held in place to allow it to wash away.
